AUBURN, Ala. — On Saturday, March 28, begin your day with a fun run through Kiesel Park with your favorite four-legged friend.

Join the City of Auburn as it kicks off the 14th annual Bark in the Park with a 3K for you and your furriest friends. Grab your running shoes and your perfect running “pawtner” for a dog-gone good time. The Tails and Trails 3K will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 28, at Kiesel Park, with Bark in the Park taking place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Online registration is free and is open now through Saturday, March 21.

A limited number of T-shirts will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-served basis at the run. Shirts will cost $15.

The Tails and Trails 3K will not be timed. Prizes for the top three finishers overall and awards for the best-dressed pups will be announced at 9:45 a.m. near the starting line.

Participants are encouraged to stay for Bark in the Park and enjoy a variety of vendors promoting responsible dog ownership.
